The place is quite convenient, clean, and comfortable. However, I would like to highlight an issue with one of the female receptionists, who should be more attentive to guests’ concerns and offer simple, practical solutions instead of being dismissive. We would also ...recommend that she adopt a more friendly and approachable attitude to ensure a more welcoming experience for guests. As the main point of contact between the company and its clients, the reception should reflect professionalism, warmth, and a genuine willingness to assist. Unfortunately, this particular receptionist appeared flustered and overwhelmed by a situation that was simple to resolve, and her reaction became unnecessarily tense—even going so far as to make what felt like a veiled threat regarding the security deposit.
