An amazing property that we highly recommend. We had a great stay and would absolutely come back! Only thing is that we wished the pool was open!

BEWARE OF HOTEL EMPLOYEE SCAM
NO Safety and NO Security Staff at this Hotel

My belongings were stolen from my room from an individual that pretended to be a hotel employee (he was dressed professionally in a hotel uniform with a hotel name tag, you would not second guess him in a million years). This individual pretended to be a maintenance worker that needed to check the AC and running water, he walked into our room to do the so called checks and fixes and stole two of our small bags with our wallets in them (these were stored by the entrance door so very easy to snatch). The front desk staff confirmed that this individual did in fact NOT work for the hotel. The worst is that the local police mentioned that this individual is known for doing the same scam in other hotels, yet he still hasn’t been caught. Makes you wonder what the authorities are doing, or what they’re not doing. The hotel manager promised to look at the cameras and get back to us to help identify the individual, but she never did. She did not even check on us and neither did any of the hotel staff during our stay after we had reported the theft, mind you the incident happened on the FIRST day of our stay. HORRIBLE service! On top of that, if you need extra towels they will ask you for an additional charge of €7 per person for a mere face and body towel. I have never seen this at any of the hotels I’ve stayed at in the past, even hotels in the same Pierre & Vacances chain.

Overall, truly disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I was extremely stressed the entire time, I questioned the safety of the hotel and did not trust any employees. In what word does hotel security staff starts their shift at 10PM??? Absolute nonsense, security staff should be on site 24h. I’ve had to cancel my vacation plans around Madrid since I had to deal with our passports being stolen and dealing with the embassy to get temporary passports to get back home. Worst hotel experience of my life.

My tip to you; don’t stay at this hotel. It’s not worth the stress.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The kitchen very well equipped. The matress was very good. The location is good, close to metro station Cuzco, in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with a lot of shops and restaurants.

Our apartment was clean, box of cleaning products inc .for dishwasher.
Safe place available to store stuff before room available.
Outside opposite and right maybe 50m there is a great supermarket for supplies.
