We regret to hear about the difficulties you encountered with the internet connection and the check-in process. While our basic Wi-Fi service is complimentary, it is designed for simple browsing and may struggle with streaming; for a stronger connection, a faster option is available at a nominal fee. Please be assured that the registration process is a standard legal requirement for all guests over 14 years of age.

Regarding the deposit, it is standard practice to secure a pre-authorization as a safeguard for our apartments, which is not an actual payment, and we always aim to communicate this clearly to our guests.

The safety deposit box is availble upon request for a small extra charge.
