We stayed here for 11 days with our family of five and our dog. The hotel is located on the outskirts of a small coastal town in a fenced area, about a 10-minute walk from the beach.
You need to understand that this is a classic French-style aparthotel. The rooms are ...compact and a bit dated, and cleanliness is average, around 3 out of 5. There is no air conditioning and no daily cleaning, but you get a vacuum cleaner and a mop in the room. You are also asked to clean the kitchen area before checking out and pay a deposit upon arrival.
The rooms have private entrances in small cottage blocks. The balconies are very close to each other, so if your neighbors have a different schedule, it can be tricky. There is a large parking lot, though it can be hard to find a spot late in the evening. As for amenities, there is a small, wonderfully warm indoor pool, a playground, and a kids' area at reception. The laundry room surprisingly has only one washing machine and one dryer, so it can be busy.
There is no hotel restaurant, but you can pre-order delicious fresh croissants and bread for breakfast. You can also walk 10–15 minutes to the town center with plenty of cafes and a small supermarket, while larger supermarkets are a short drive away.
Special thanks to the reception team! They were amazing, multi-lingual, and extremely helpful. The staff really tried to make our stay enjoyable with live music and local food trucks serving burgers and fresh seafood. Overall, a good option if you know what to expect from French holiday residences

This is an amazing place that stay. It's centrally located if you are visiting DDay beaches and is only a couple of mins walk from Juno beach and the centre there. The town has everything you need and is all accessible within a few minutes walk. The area felt really safe ...and inclusive, the restaurants and bars where very friendly.
The rooms are spacious with a great kitchenette and they provide you with everything you need (washing up liquid, sponge, etc).
The bed was comfortable and to apartment was very clean.
There is a swimming pool on site, but we didn't use it.
I really recommend this as a great place to stay.
