My fiance and I stayed here for two nights just before the Christmas holiday ski rush.
The place was very cute & much larger than expected.
Location was perfect. Right in the heart of Chamonix near all the shops & restaurants, including several ski rental ...shops. That said, we’d definitely recommend taking the bus to Brévent (if you’re skiing there) as opposed to walking up the giant hill.
We had a great view of the mountains & a decent sized balcony. The pool, sauna and steam room were great. We had to reserve the latter two but had no issues with booking at the last minute.
Underground parking was fine & an extra 20 euros per night.
We didn’t need to use the wifi so it was fine but pls note that it doesn’t really work.
We would definitely come here again, as it was perfect for our needs.

This is a fantastic property located on the edge of town, so it's quiet, and close to the train and bus stops.
We had an apartment for our stay which meant we could use a kitchen and come and go as we pleased with the support of a reception area if we needed ...it.
I have no complaints about the property whatsoever and Chamonix is just a marvellous place to stay.
I have one, as yet unresolved, issue that is blighting the overall experience. I inadvertently booked the same accommodation twice - when i realised i cancelled one immediately but the hotel group are holding me to payment. To reiterate this was a simple mistake where i booked the exact same accommodation twice for the same dates and same number of guests.
The hotel had vacancies so i was not taking any custom.
The manager at the hotel has been helpful in pursuing this on my behalf but there is as yet no confirmation of the outcome. I am hoping that common sense will prevail and the hotel group will recognise what has happened here and be reasonable.
My next steps will be determined by the outcome of that enquiry.
