Being trapped in the elevator for 45 minutes, especially with your 8-year-old daughter, is an unacceptable and frightening situation. The fact that the emergency speaker did not work and that your family had to search for you and call for help highlights serious safety concerns. We sincerely apologize for the distress this caused to you and your daughter, and we regret that the issue was not resolved promptly, leading to a similar incident with another family.
The response from our head office, as you described, is completely unacceptable. Elevators breaking may happen occasionally, but the lack of care and dismissive attitude toward your complaint is not reflective of the standards we aim to uphold. We deeply regret that your formal complaint received no reply and that the goodwill gesture of a tin of biscuits fell far short of addressing the gravity of the situation.
Additionally, the condition of the apartment, including black mold on the curtains, a foul-smelling toilet, and the need to purchase cleaning products for the bathrooms, is far below the standards we strive to provide. We apologize for the discomfort and inconvenience this caused during your stay.
