The district features communal gardens, pedestrianised streets and shopping parades as well as the ...lake and canals - and is easily accessible: tram line C is 100 m away (serving the Parc des Expositions, the old town and the train station).
Shops and restaurants are nearby, including the Bordeaux-Lac shopping zone which brings together all the largest retailers and the Halle Gourmande, which is just opposite the residence and provides a wide choice of restaurants
The 97 apartments are spacious, bright, air-conditioned and located in a building with stepped contours from the 2nd to the 8th floor and with a lift.
