Your weekend in Lisbon is the perfect opportunity to discover Belem, and its amazing tower, as well as the Jeronimos Monastery, the only 2 buildings which have not collapsed during the 1755 earthquake of the city. Both are classified by UNESCO and deserve a visit. Just a block away, enjoy a cup of tea at the Pasteis de Belem and try out the delicious Portuguese pastry. Of course, there are also many museums to visit in Lisbon, but the most enjoyable thing to do is to take a strolled in the cobbled streets, admire the colourful buildings and their beautiful Azulejos tiles.

The Clarion Suites Lisbon Residence is located near Praça Marquês de Pombal, close to the University of Lisbon’s botanical garden.
