I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Austria. The location is close to the slopes with a free shuttle going to and from Grau Roig every 10-20 mins all day. There are also public bus stops a minute walk away and two rental shops nearby. There’s a restaurant in the hotel which is ...helpful because the town only has one other option. All of the receptionists were kind and helpful and they provide ski lockers. My only complaint is that it can be loud because the stairwells are open, but it usually quieted down by 10pm

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are amazing. One of the the girls called Lidia was really helpful and friendly, helping my friend with his rusty Spanish and brings a great atmosphere. Kudos to the hiring mangers for hiring this amazing team. I’d recommend to ...anyone.
