This would be a better hotel if they had sound proofing. You can hear ever sound in the hotel. From shutting a door to walking down stairs an when cleaners move furniture it just vibrates through the building like an avalanche. They need this sorting.

The advertised and confirmed food times are not true. If you want to eat you need to order before 9. It’s advertised a lot later and also confirmed by hotel.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by your experience with the meal times. Our restaurant is open for breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00 and for dinner from 19:30 to 22:00, as indicated in our information. As previously advised, on the day of your visit there was a group booking which led our staff to provide details about quieter dining times. However, we can confirm that the restaurant remained available to all guests during the announced hours.

The location isn't bad, but you're dependent on buses or cars. The room is great, service is very good, breakfast is excellent. The only downside is dinner. We don't recommend dining at the hotel. The buffet runs out and they don't replenish the options. We arrived for dinner at 9 p.m. The buffet is open until 10 p.m., but there was no more beef. When we asked the waitress, she said there was no more and apologized.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Austria. The location is close to the slopes with a free shuttle going to and from Grau Roig every 10-20 mins all day. There are also public bus stops a minute walk away and two rental shops nearby. There’s a restaurant in the hotel which is helpful because the town only has one other option. All of the receptionists were kind and helpful and they provide ski lockers. My only complaint is that it can be loud because the stairwells are open, but it usually quieted down by 10pm

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are amazing. One of the the girls called Lidia was really helpful and friendly, helping my friend with his rusty Spanish and brings a great atmosphere. Kudos to the hiring mangers for hiring this amazing team. I’d recommend to anyone.
