Superb renovated residence with excellent amenities in terms of accommodation, pool, and facilities. The new management team is very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend it.

A very pleasant and quiet residence, very close to the sea, no need for a car. Several bus lines are available to go to Cannes city center or Cannes Labocca for shopping. The apartment was air-conditioned and functional. The cleaning was improved compared to previous ...years, although we still cleaned the terrace ourselves. Our only complaint was the air conditioning unit positioned at the far end of the terrace, which blew hot air, spoiling the charm of peacefully enjoying the view and fully appreciating this corner of the terrace. It would have been wise to place it outside the terrace, as in other apartments.
