Nestled in the heart of the Charente-Maritime, this beautiful residence is located in Jonzac, a well-known thermal spa. Its privileged location between Royan and Saintes lets you make ...the most of all the nature, history and relaxation on offer. A short 500 m walk takes you to the centre of Jonzac and its shops.

With its attractive façades and wooden balconies, the modern architecture of this residence blends in perfectly with its natural surroundings. It is made up of two single-storey buildings and two two-storey buildings. You'll have a choice of entirely refurbished holiday rentals ranging from studios for 5 people to 1-bedroom accommodation for 7 people.

Sporty types can enjoy playing tennis, going horse riding and sailing in the surrounding area. Culture vultures can visit historic villages and La Rochelle.

To relax, enjoy free entry to the "Les Antilles de Jonzac" water park's play area, located right by the residence. Make the most of the 900 m² recreation area with wave pool, dizzying descents from the 60 m slide, whirlpools and 250 m² outdoor pool with beach (open July/August, weather permitting)!
