Hotel Horitzó

An excellent hotel that truly deserves its 4 stars!
We stayed here with our whole family and were very happy with our experience. The staff deserves a special mention — they were absolutely fantastic! Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming. From the very ...first day, we felt like genuinely valued guests.
We especially appreciated the attention our 7-year-old son received from the staff. They always made an effort to talk to him, smile, joke around with him and make him feel special. It was clear that this wasn’t just part of their job — they genuinely treated him with warmth and kindness. As parents, this meant a lot to us.
We also stayed with our dog, and there were absolutely no problems. A special thank you to the cleaning lady — she even knew when we were going out for a walk with our dog and adjusted her cleaning schedule accordingly. It was such a nice example of how attentive the staff are to their guests.
The people at the reception and in the bar were simply wonderful — always smiling, friendly and happy to help. It’s staff like this that create an atmosphere that makes you want to come back.
The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained and very pleasant. The rooms and common areas were always tidy. The food was delicious and there was a good variety, so we always found something we enjoyed.
A huge thank you to the entire Hotel Horitzo team for making our holiday so enjoyable! We are leaving with wonderful memories and will definitely remember this place with a smile. If we come back to Blanes, Hotel Horitzo will definitely be one of our first choices.
