We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our prime beachfront location and the comfort provided by our air conditioning system. However, we regret to learn that you experienced noise disturbances from neighboring rooms. Please note that our rooms are not soundproof, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay.

Regarding the pool fee, we would like to clarify that our hotel offers an indoor pool and jacuzzi at level -1, which is included in the accommodation price. We apologize if there was any confusion about this during your stay. We also understand your preference for a sea view room and recommend booking one of our Superior or Exceptional rooms with sea views and larger balconies for your next visit.
