I booked this hotel for my parents 40th wedding anniversary through Expedia by mistake believing the hotel was located in Barcelona. I immediately realized my mistake and canceled the reservation minutes after, but after calling the property they refused to speak to me & would only speak thru Expedia. They then proceeded to give Expedia the run around for days & refused to give my parents a refund on some fine print technicality, even though they lost nothing. They have the rooms and my parents hard earned money, that they saved for years to afford this trip. This property is callous, greedy and they lack empathy. If this is how they treat people for a simple mistake, and have no problem stealing almost 500 dollars from an elderly couple, I can only imagine how they treat their guests. And before they say anything about my parents not staying here, they still KEPT THEIR MONEY, they sure as paid for it, this is one expensive review they earned the right to leave for a greedy hotel.

We had a room overlooking the sea and fell asleep to the sound of the sea, which is the best meditation. We also liked the breakfast: a very large selection, tasty and you can treat yourself to a glass of sparkling wine❤️
