This really is a great place although the air conditioner doesnt work properly. Im not taking anything off for this because im mot sure if I have the settings right and I havent brought it up to the staff, who habe been very helpful. The location is amazing and the room is quite adequate. The bathroom especially, although small, is really well equipped. This is a great area and I think ill come back.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The conditions were absolutely unacceptable — dirt everywhere, visible mold, and filthy bed sheets that clearly had not been changed. The room felt neglected and unhygienic, making it impossible to feel comfortable or safe.
However, the worst part was the service. The staff was completely unprofessional and showed no willingness to take any responsibility for the situation. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly below any acceptable standard of hospitality.
We were so disappointed and uncomfortable that we decided to check out early, even though no refund was offered.
For a 4-star hotel, this place deserves no more than 1 star.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had and absolutely not what you would expect from a so-called 4-star hotel.

Upon arrival, we were given a room in very poor condition. There were visible blood stains on the bed sheets, and everything indicated a possible bed bug issue (which is also supported by the bite I got). Initially, the staff’s solution was simply to change the sheets, which is completely unacceptable in such a situation. Only after a firm discussion were we offered a different room.

Unfortunately, the second room was also in terrible condition, with visible mold and clear signs of poor hygiene (as shown in the photos).

The worst part, however, was the reception staff. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was standing at the desk being completely ignored, while they chose to serve other guests and acted as if I wasn’t even there. My request to cancel the stay was completely disregarded.

In the end, we had no choice but to leave the hotel at the last minute and find alternative accommodation elsewhere. Despite the circumstances, we did not receive any refund or compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs we had to incur.

This hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating. The level of cleanliness, customer service, and overall standards are far below acceptable.

Strongly not recommended.
