Normandy, its charming little coastal towns, history and beautiful beaches. Tempting, isn't it?

Located on the marina in Dives-sur-Mer, the Port Guillaume residence is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Houlgate beach is a short 500 m walk along the pedestrian walkway running ... parallel to the sea. Alternatively, Cabourg beach is 300 m away, via the footbridge.

This attractive residence offers homely, modern houses and apartments, some of which have views of the pool or the sea. Open the windows wide: bring the sea air into your abode!

From June to September, you can swim a few lengths in the heated outdoor pool or relax on the loungers in the solarium. The rest of the year, you can enjoy the wonderful heated indoor swimming pool. Sportier types can play golf and tennis, or go horse riding or sailing near the residence. Feel like being pampered? Come and discover Houlgate Deep Nature Spa® at the Premium Residence and Spa, around 5 km away.

The shops and restaurants in the centre of Dives-sur-Mer can be found 1 km away. This lively little town is a very pleasant place to be all year round. You can follow in the footsteps of William the Conqueror.

We highly recommend having your own transport in order to make the most of your stay and enjoy some wonderful outings.

Please note: following recent bad weather, the walkway leading to the beach in Cabourg has been damaged and is closed for the foreseeable future. It now takes 40 minutes to walk there (rather than 6 minutes).
