We spent a great time in the hotel. It is not the first time we travel with Pierre & Vacances. We were in 4. The apartment is small with base equipment, which is quite common in France in such resorts. However it is neat, cozy and has everything we need for our stay ...(including dishwasher). The apartment was clean, the air conditioning was turned on, so it was really nice to enter it especially when there is a high temperature outside. The apartment was with sea view and a nice terrasse. There are trains nearby - visible from the terrasse, however they are not noisy and run maybe once per hour, so it was not annoying. The sea and the beach are 5 mins walk. We went to the center on foot. It is around 2.5 km. There is also possibility to go by car (paid parkings in the center are available). Moreover you can park on the street along the sea - which is for free - but then you have to walk a short distance to reach all the attractions. The hotel has a parking included in the price - but it is better to ask for it in advance. We arrived late, so our keys were available in the key box in front of the hotel. All the instruction on how to enter the hotel and find the parking were sent via email in advance. It is also nice to call the hotel before arriving and inform them about the late arrival. We did not have a chance to use swimming pools - we prefer the sand and sea; but I could see that they are quite popular. The personnel on the reception is very nice, always willing to help. I think that the price in comparison to quality is adequate, especially for a family of 4.

We spent a week in the apartment with our family at the end of August and we were very satisfied. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It’s definitely worth paying extra for a sea view (it’s beautiful) and for air conditioning (we saw people sleeping with their doors ...and windows open because it was hot and humid in the summer).
The apartment itself is quite small, but clean, and we had no problems with insects (we only saw one mosquito during the whole week). A candle and matches would be a useful addition. The location is excellent – very close to the beach, shops, and a fantastic bakery.
We arrived in the evening and had to contact the staff by phone, but everything went smoothly. The parking is not well marked, so it takes a bit of searching to find where to park. We rented a car at Nice airport, but it turned out to be unnecessary – it was expensive and we didn’t use it at all. It’s about a 25-minute walk along the sea to the center of Cannes, or by train/bus.
We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice and clean, and every day many children were playing in it. Overall, we recommend this place!
