Located in the "Les Crozats" district, on the hills above the resort, the residence enjoys an uninterrupted view over the Morzine valley. It offers a direct access to the slopes on skis and is linked to the heart of the resort and to shops by lifts.
Here, walkers rub shoulders with cyclists and horses! It's a destination offering a multitude of activities, restaurants, entertainment, picnic areas and barbecues, not forgetting the goat village in the village of Les Lindarets.
Abondance, raclette, reblochon... These are just some of the gourmet delights you can enjoy (even in summer) in one of the restaurants in the centre of the resort, or buy direct from the Ferme du Seraussaix. You can also visit the cows in the ...mountain pastures.

A path will take you to the Cascade des Brochaux (1692m). This short hike allows you to discover the flora and fauna of Avoriaz. This is the perfect opportunity to have a picnic in the mountains or to have lunch at the Abricotine refuge.

We would definitely stay there again! The location was perfect.....a short walk to great restaurants and shops. There were even places to eat and shop/rent skis a few steps away from our building. There were equipment lockers in the ground floor so you didn't have to drag ...your snowy skis and boots upstairs to your room. Our room had a nice balcony, and the kitchen was convenient and pretty well-equipped. The view from the balcony was lovely! We enjoyed our stay at this resort.⛷�☃�??
