Hand in your keys to Vanikoro concierge's office ("conciergerie").

To organise your arrival, we need your telephone number and email address. Please send these to resa-to-maeva@maeva.com.

To make your check-in easier at the Hyères Parc site, please prepare by logging into your Maeva Particuliers account to tell us how many guests are visiting and pay your deposit before you arrive.

Please note: subject to change, please contact the Vanikoro concierge service before your arrival.

Check-in: 4 pm to 8 pm

Check-out for week-long stays: 7 am to 10 am

If you are going to arrive late at the concierge's office, please contact them to let them know your new arrival time.

If you are more than 30 mins late, a €20 surcharge will be applied.
