Could not fault this accommodation. It is easily accessed, it is friendly, it has a really good array of supports and services. The location is not central but access to everything is extremely easy. The staff were so helpful with anything we needed. Everything was clean ...and easy to use. Our beds were comfortable. We were lucky to stay during the Mercè and we got a bit of a view of the big fireworks. The Metro was nice and close, there are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The linens were ample and with enough space to hang all our allocated towels - a rarity in so many hotels! But truly I cannot say enough about the staff, they were truly warm and made the place feel like a home, and we will always feel grateful for that.
