We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for my birthday trip to Menorca.
The hotel is beautiful, with spectacular views, a peaceful atmosphere, and everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was excellent every morning, with a great ...variety of fresh food.
A special thank you to Gustavo, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional. He really helped make our stay even more enjoyable.
I’d also like to recognise the wonderful housekeeping lady, who did an outstanding job cleaning our room every day. It was always spotless, and she was so kind when she brought an iron to our room.

The reception staff were very good, especially Elisa. She is an incredible receptionist—always smiling, kind, attentive, and willing to help. She was always there whenever we needed anything and made us feel welcome. She is the kind of person who makes you want to stop and ...have a conversation with her.
Now I’d like to talk about the housekeeping. Honestly, I wasn’t completely satisfied. Every day, we found the floor still dirty, there were things left lying around, and we even found ants near the trash bins. Even though we left a tip for the housekeeping staff, the room was not cleaned as thoroughly as we expected. That was disappointing.
Apart from that, everything else was excellent. The place is very peaceful, the location is amazing, and the views are absolutely beautiful.
