Situated on a peninsula formed by a bend in the river Siagne, it is the unusual location of Les Rives de Cannes Mandelieu residence that makes it stand out. It can be reached by road or by sea, thanks to a private pontoon jetty which allows you to arrive or leave by boat.
This beautiful residence is made up of small buildings with colourful ...shutters and southern French architecture, immediately immersing you in a world of relaxation. Here, you won't notice the time passing as it's so pleasant to wander through the 5-hectare park, planted with Mediterranean trees and flowers. You'll find a cocoon-like apartment decorated with care and soft shades which give a peaceful, warm atmosphere to your interior.
A short 800 m walk will take you to the beach and the water-sports centre. On site, you'll have access to a swimming pool and paddling pool from April to November.
