Located opposite the marina, the Les Rivages des Issambres residence overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. You could be in one of those small seaside villages where you can feel the laid-back lifestyle straight away. ...The small buildings contain bright apartments decorated in soft shades, finished with a balcony. You'll enjoy gazing at the Mediterranean garden and drinking in the fragrance of the plants so much that you won't even notice the time passing.
The beautiful outdoor unheated swimming pool is open from April (depending on French school holiday dates) and also offers a children's paddling pool and deckchairs where you can soak up the sunshine.
Water sports enthusiasts will be able to try a variety of activities at the centre on the beach, located 100 m away. How would you like to end your stay by boosting your well-being? Come and see us, 450 m from the residence, at the Thalgo® thalassotherapy centre in the Les Calanques des Issambres Premium residence (admission authorised for ages 16 and above and for pregnant women subject to conditions; consult the centre).
Don't feel like cooking every day? The pool snack bar (open from April to September) and the restaurant in the Les Calanques des Issambres Premium residence both serve meals.
Discover Sainte-Maxime, a seaside resort with colourful streets and numerous markets. Just a stone's throw from the marina, you can watch the early-morning fishermen or take a green boat to Saint-Tropez!
In the restaurants near the port, you can sample the local specialities: anchoïade, fish soup, olive oil, tapenade, tropézienne... These specialities offer an authentic Mediterranean experience.
The Issambres sailing centre offers a wide range of fun activities from April to the end of November: paddle, kayak, catamaran, windsurfing... Courses and private lessons are also available (for children aged 5 and over).
Take a stroll along this path and follow the coastline between coves, beaches and creeks. Starting from the beach at Saint Peïre, this 5km walk will take you to the Gallo-Roman fishpond, a natural cove listed as a historic monument.

Nice location, calm during the evenings and night. Familial spot, almost exclusively for families with kids. Great pool, very close beach, around 3 min walking.
No AC in certain apartments, so when it's hot under the roof it could become crazily hot. The view from our ...apartment was great, sea and hills. The choice of restaurants is limited around, but there are still lots in Sainte Maxime at 10 or 15min driving. No activities for kids in this Pierre et vacances, and no animations. No clubs.
One more very important thing, parking is at 9€ per day (11€ for underground one). If you can get from someone in the neighborhood the car entry code portal of the residency, you can park your car inside for free and avoid 54€ for the week.
