We would like to thank you for this feedback about your experience at Pierre & Vacances Benidorm Levante.
We appreciate your feedback on the cleanliness and simplicity of our apartments. However, we are sorry to hear that you found the beds and pillows uncomfortable. We are continuously working on improvements and will take your comments into consideration.
We apologize for the inconvenience you faced regarding the lack of kettle and TV channels. Our reception team is always available to assist with any issues, such as providing a hairdryer or additional information on available amenities. Regarding the deposit, it is a standard procedure and is refunded upon departure after inventory. We understand that the distance to the beach and the uphill location might not be ideal for everyone, but our apartments are indeed located 800 meters from Levante beach and close to various restaurants, bars, and shops.
