Very good service.

The problem is the building next to Torre Lugano and the service by the pseudo agency Benidorm Sky where one of the cleaners constantly goes out for a cigarette and stinks of those cigarettes terribly.

Such a small, skinny, dirty and tattooed, disgusting guy. He is one of the scum of this agency Benidorm sky.

Came here for our friends 40th (1st to 5th) may, we stayed in the pierre & vacances apartments. Whilst having to go down to the sister hotel which is directly next to it to collect our key, it's an ok place to stay. Staff were a little rude (don't know if it's the culture or not) We were bed/breakfast which worked for us, as the small shuttle bus takes you into town to the start of the beach front. There is a small gift shop down stairs at the sister hotel which the gentleman is very friendly ?

Stayed in the apartments a week ago and still waiting for my 200 pound deposit to be returned, reception staff were very unhelpful and blunt. Rooms are decent and views were great though.

Booked with our 2 year old for the reason it says no stag or hen party’s allowed so thought would be peaceful sleep with having our little boy. Had the worst set of people above us who had music on all night long and shouting to one another, I had to have a word with them. Not been a party pooper but shouldn’t have accepted a 2 year old on the booking with it been a loud hotel. We was on floor 4 and the lifts took forever with the pram. The corridors just had food left on them and wasn’t cleaned. It stated the cleaners would come every few days and they never come once so had to buy washing stuff to wash bedding/towels not what you want to be doing when your suppose to be on a relaxing holiday. €200 euros for a deposit when you check in and when we checked out had to wait half hour for the cash back nearly missing our transfer to the airport. Black hairs all over the room non of ours as we are all fare. Balcony was not safe the glass was all shakey, luckily got to use the sister hotel pool as was only a few sunbeds around the pool. Used vending machines in reception and would take money and not give you your things.

Regarding the holidays you mention, we receive reservations individually from the tour operators, so we can't know anything about them.
We have 24-hour security for your peace of mind.
Regarding the cleaning of your apartment, it was done on the second quarter, as stipulated in the terms of your contract with your tour operator.
We have no record of any comments from you during your stay in your guest file. It would certainly have helped make your stay more satisfactory. We recommend that you discuss anything you need with our reception staff on your next visit.

Good budget apartments. Not ideally located but the free bus service makes up for it.
We were paying 5 to 6 euros for a taxi up the hill.
The apartments are clean and far enough away from the centre to be nice and quiet. We didn't use the hotel next door but all it's facilities were available to us
