We're pleased you found our shuttle service helpful for accessing the town center. Your positive remarks about the room's practical features like the blackout blinds, strong shower pressure, and convenient washing machine are much appreciated. The breakfast variety at our partner location also seems to have enhanced your mornings.
That said, we sincerely regret that some aspects fell short of your expectations. While our standard deposit refund process typically completes within three days, we acknowledge this instance took longer and are reviewing it to improve future experiences.
