Great rooms beautiful views great staff very helpful the only thing is paid200€ deposit for the apartment still not received my deposit back

On a big hill & lots of stairs and not working lifts. Nice little pool area, bit dirty, shaded for at least the whole morning + more, only 16 sun beds to 34 floors hosting 4 apartments on each floor. Hotel across the road has lots more sun beds but gets very cramped, everyone’s sitting on top of eachother and again a lot of sporadic shade.
4 lifts, only 2 working so you would spend a good 10-15 minutes (on busier periods) waiting for a lift and there was no apology/note or effort to fix these.
Apartments themselves were a great size, with a good size balcony, was just dirty inside and not cleaned thoroughly. We had no hot water, bathrooms are very outdated and a extremly small shower itself making it hard to actually wash in without drenching the whole shower room.
Easy to get a taxi to the beach, town or where you want to be at a very reasonable cost.
Checkout is 10am and we asked for late check out the day we arrived and they said no so be prepared to wait around all day. Shower/changing area for your checkout day is the swimming pool inside which again is not the best and they provide you with nothing.
5-10 minutes walk to a small super market.

Dump. Dirty rooms, unhelpful rude staff. The only saving grace is the room size. My friend was drugged, beaten and robbed and was hysterical in the reception of the hotel. Instead of trying to calm and help her the manager phoned the police and has us thrown out of the hotel. Police treated us like criminals instead of victims. Crime is so commonplace here it is scary. I would highly recommend that no one goes to this hotel or even Benidorm new town. Met many many people who this had happened to and their stories were all the same. No help from anyone. Disgusting way to treat the people paying for your livelihood

You could not give a toss about our welfare. Your staff were actually horrible at dealing with the situation. We had to pay €600 euros for another hotel, you kept our €200 room deposit and your assistant manager laughed in our faces when we went back to give him the police report. Shame on you for treating a 55 year old woman who has been drugged, beaten and robbed like a piece of crap on your shoe. I hope your mother is proud

We honestly loved our holiday here. Rooms were perfect, amazing view, only issue with hotel itself is the location as it’s at the top of a massive hill. Apart from this, i have a massive issue with deposit. When we left we made sure our room was spotless, all rubbish bagged up, and no damages whilst we were there. We paid a 200€ deposit which i never received back, and after emailing them got no response . Room was perfect when we left and we caused no issues therefore should have received our deposit back (paid on card and told 5-7 days which we have waited). Will not be returning due to this condition
