Room was nice however there in no reception in the apartments block.
I paid a £200 deposit on arrival for the room and got told I would get it back 3 days after leaving, I have never got it back (luckily I took pictures of the room so will be getting in touch).
Very poor management!

On the website where you booked your trip you have all the information about where the reception is located,

Likewise, the hotel returned your deposit on 6/21 at 7:23 pm. We have a written copy to prove it to you.

You should contact your bank or credit card provider to demand this refund since the hotel already did so in a timely manner.

We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a more enjoyable stay.

Not an easy place to find due to the steep streets, upon arriving we had to go around to the main hotel to collect the keys which didn't work in the door but staff were pleasant enough to accommodate us by getting us another apartment, once inside very pleased with how clean and tidy it was, the only downfall is that there were no welcome amenities which meant going out at midnight to find a local shop to purchase milk and water but all that can be forgiven when you see the magnificent view (from the 23rd floor of a 32 floor building). Some loud nosies due to guests coming back from the local drinking establishment but nothing that could not be blocked out by closing the balcony door which felt well air conditioned. Overall it pleasure to stay I would give it 8/10

How do you get in contact with this place!!
I still haven't received my deposit back - How long should this take?
Can't get through to the hotel reception to ask!!

For your information, please note that returns are made 3 days after departure. In your case it was done on 5/31 at 10:50 p.m.
If you could, you could contact your credit card provider or bank and let them know why you can't see that return.
We have a copy of the return, so we hope that you will remove the negative comment since the hotel has professionally confirmed what was agreed with you.

Apartments are spacious and modern. The location is fine given its in a quiet part of town, but its top of a hill and a longish walk from where the action is.

There for 4 nights and there was no cleaning or clean towells during the stay. And oddly, you have to dispose of any rubbish upon vacating the apartment which Ive not come across before (theres a 30E charge I think, if you dont).

Overall though, no major concerns and would happily stay here again.
