Regarding the holidays you mention, we receive reservations individually from the tour operators, so we can't know anything about them.
We have 24-hour security for your peace of mind.
Regarding the cleaning of your apartment, it was done on the second quarter, as stipulated in the terms of your contract with your tour operator.
We have no record of any comments from you during your stay in your guest file. It would certainly have helped make your stay more satisfactory. We recommend that you discuss anything you need with our reception staff on your next visit.

As noted in our accommodation details, irons and ironing boards are indeed available in our apartments.
