We stayed in benidorm east hotel but we stayed in the apartments before we had to put a 200€ deposit down which is meant to be refunded when you leave we payed by card and it's been 2 weeks now and still haven't had it back we sent numerous emails which some was responded to saying they have refunded to take it up.with the bank. Which we have and still.hasn't gone in so just to make people aware of this as it disgusting service for such a big hotel
Also our apartment smelt of sewage which we reported twice and nothing was done
Wouldn't it recommend this place to no one.

The view from the balcony was great, which I really enjoyed. However, the stay was affected by very noisy neighbors (britsh)who made it hard to sleep 7 days in a row. Also, the reception forgot about my taxi reservation twice, which was quite inconvenient. Definitely would not recommend this for family holiday.
Breakfast was really nice.

When I tell you I was terrified to stay here after reading the reviews. But straight from the get go, we had the most amazing experience. I went with my mum and 2 young sons for 5 days. Our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived, so we left our luggage in the luggage room and went down to the pool for some food whilst we waited. We paid €200 in cash and got this back at the end of our stay within 10 minutes with no problems.

The rooms were spotless and smelt amazing and fresh. The views were spectacular and it was surprisingly quiet. The pool in the sister hotel was always spotless and even tho my children were the only kids around, we felt welcomed every day.

We didn’t use the shuttle service as the hill isn’t so bad but we did get a taxi back up a couple nights and this cost us 4-6 euros.

100% will be staying again! Thank you

The shop is fantastic, and the staff super helpful. The rooms are big, plenty of space for clothes, and a really huge variety of food in the morning.
The pool is not too packed- check out the smaller pool too…
I will be back!!
Louis in the shop is kind, and really good value compared to the strip.

Very good service.

The problem is the building next to Torre Lugano and the service by the pseudo agency Benidorm Sky where one of the cleaners constantly goes out for a cigarette and stinks of those cigarettes terribly.

Such a small, skinny, dirty and tattooed, disgusting guy. He is one of the scum of this agency Benidorm sky.
