This is our second time staying here totally loved it last year that’s why we decided to stay here again this year rooms have everything you need and are very clean only downfall is people putting towels on loungers and aren’t even there but apart from that great place to ...stay and if we come back to Benidorm next year we will definitely book here again.

I have been back one day after my stay at Pierre Vacances Horizon and after reading some of the negative comments I felt the need to write a review.
I booked my stay in one of the apartments for my sons 15th birthday surprise and although I was taken by surprise at the 200 ...euro deposit as my third party booking company failed to inform me I felt it was more than understandable and have already received my deposit back which I paid by card.
My apartment was absolutely fantastic. Lots of general kitchen utensils and plenty of different size towels for bathroom. Everything from the bed linen, bathroom facilities, the kitchen facilities and down to the overall cleanliness of the apartment was faultless and was more than acceptable. As for the view from my 29th floor balcony, all I can say is WOW, BREATHTAKING ! (I’ve included a night time photo)
I’m not much of a stay around the hotel, pool and relax kinda guy and prefer to be out doing activities but what staff I did meet and talk to, they were all very friendly and more than happy to help with general questions of the area and the the likes of booking taxis ect.
As for all the bad noise reviews and lifts not working…. I experienced nothing of the kind. All the lifts worked fine 24hrs a day and me and my 15yr old son were in bed by 11-12pm every night and had no bother at all getting to sleep.
Although the hotel is situated at the the top of a big hill and I now have calves like Arnold Schwarzenegger as I didn’t take advantage of the free bus service this hotel is great.
Overall cleanliness of the whole place from the rooms to the actual building itself was great.
The staff were great.
Everything about my stay at this hotel was great and I would definitely recommend staying here…. Being honest I’m already thinking of coming back next year for my son’s 16th birthday as we enjoyed it that much.
P.s…. I’d like either the same room/floor or higher next time please haha.
