The residence is composed of two warm and welcoming ...buildings, with white façades and wooden balconies: La Rivière and Les Aiglons. Make yourself at home in sunlit apartments whose gently coloured décor has a soothing feel. If you'd like to follow the hiking routes towards the mountain pastures and nature reserves, you'll need to take the Aiguille du Midi cable car, just 300 m from the residence. Then enjoy the resort's heated and covered swimming pool. Relax and unwind at the wellness centre at Hôtel Le Refuge des Aiglons, just 100 m from the residence. Handily, restaurants and shops are just a stone's throw from the residence. Take the Aiguille du Midi cable car for breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding Alps, or board the picturesque Petit Train du Montenvers, which takes you up to the Mer de Glace glacier.
In Chamonix in summer, blueberry season is in full swing! Take the opportunity to buy a jar of local jam, enjoy a sorbet or a tasty tart.

Good experience overall, short front desk opening, but it was an easy check-in check out even if front desk was closed.
