The welcome desk were so helpful with my booking and getting me orientated in Chamonix. The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable and had a great view. The location is excellent. Could not recommend more!

Such a well planned compact with all the utilities required in a room...had a great stay n time at chamonix ....loved staying at pierre & vacances.

Amazing view of Mont Blanc from the terrace, spacious, conveniently located. Luggage storage was helpful. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We arrived at check on time (which is 5pm!) but no one was there. After a while a person came and told us that we're lucky, we're being upgraded to a better room. We were happy, then we got to the room. The sheets were stained, there were no towels and the so called "upgrade" offered us a much much older, smaller room. When we came back to the reception the person at the desk didn't want to help. He tried to convince us that 15 square meters room is actually 30 square meters room and it is an upgrade and we are blind. Reported to booking.
