Good news !
Following the recent french government announcements, from January 14th travelers from the UK no longer have to justify travelling to France with a compelling reason, nor is a there a requirement to complete a period of isolation on arrival provided they are fully vaccinated. All travellers must provide a negative test (PCR or antigen test) taken less than 24 hours before departure.
Note that for unvaccinated travelers, travel from United Kingdom is only permitted subject to a compelling reason valid for "red countries".
Of course, we always follow government advice and we will keep you updated based on the latest government announcements. Please see here for more details: https://www.interieur.gouv.fr/Actualites/L-actu-du-Ministere/Certificate-of-international-travel#from4a We look forward to welcoming you back to France!
Note that Minors (under 18) assume the vaccination status of their accompanying parents for travel purposes.
