Mauritius holidays are the perfect way to experience the feeling of truly relaxing holidays. Located just above the Tropic of Capricorn, Mauritius is a volcanic island ideal all year round. The summer season is from November to April and the winter from June to September… but don’t get confused, as temperatures almost never drop under 25 degrees (with no real rainy season) ! In fact, the island offers one of the largest unbroken barrier reef in the world. Families will love to take a catamaran trip to Ile-au-Cerfs and watch the dolphins play in the waves.

Flic en Flac is on the west coast of the island and offers one of the longest beach of the island, with a lagoon, protected by coral reefs. Bel Ombre is a spot a bit further away from all the tourist attractions. It is a great opportunity if you wish to relax. Grand Baie is about 20 kilometres from the capital city, Port Louis. It is a destination for holiday makers looking to relax by the beach but also enjoy the true Mauritian life and the close by city.
