This attractive residence is in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Rooms are spread out over several tiered floors with rooms overlooking the bay and gardens. The apartments ...are close to the sea and surrounded by lush gardens filled with flowers and palm trees, providing an oasis of calm so you can use your holiday to recharge your batteries.
The apartments are bright, airy and tastefully decorated. Each one has a balcony or terrace looking out onto the sea or gardens. It's so easy to forget time here, especially when you're enjoying the lush, green gardens and breathing in the fresh sea air as it drifts in from the Mediterranean.
Fancy a refreshing dip? You can walk to the beach (300 m), take a dip in the residence's outdoor swimming pool (open from May to September), or relax on one of the solarium's sunloungers (charges apply).
Do you like activity holidays? We suggest you try out one of the many activities on offer close by. Golf, sailing, horse riding, scuba diving: there's something for everyone. There's plenty to do in the surrounding area. Every day will bring a fresh opportunity to do something different.
Stroll along the Promenade des Anglais, explore Vieux Nice with its colourful alleyways and flower market, admire the view from the Château hill, enjoy the sunny beaches and let yourself be seduced by its Mediterranean charm.
The Côte d'Azur is not just about beautiful beaches, it's also about a rich gastronomic heritage, from aïoli to socca and fish soup, discover these local specialities.
Take advantage of the proximity of the sea to try your hand at the many water sports on offer in the Mediterranean: paddle, sea kayak, wakesurf, windsurf. Whether you're a beginner or an amateur, alone or with the family, you're guaranteed to have ...fun!
To the west of Nice, you can see Mont Boron, a vast wooded hill. There are several footpaths through the forest, offering great views of the coastline. Take the opportunity to visit the Fort du Mont-Alban, with its panoramic views over Italy.

Loved staying in these apartments, we had a view over looking the sea, morning coffee and croissants by the pool was very pleasant way to start the day, well located for us

I see this get a lot of negative reviews which I think is a pity. Ok it could do with modernising and its location leaves a bit of a walk to either Villefranche or Beaulieu but everything worked in my room, it was spacious, cooking facilities are excellent as was the ...supply of cookware etc. It is clean and comfortable with some amazing views and its location adds the advantages of being close to the lovely beach while being accessible to both nearby towns as well as Cap Ferrat. The lady at reception was really lovely and so polite and helpful. All in all for the price i think this place is great value.
