This church was built in the eighteenth century, more precisely, according to legend, just after the discovery of the statue of the Virgin of Suffrage (the patroness of the city) in a boat that was floating off course.
In a Neo-classical style, it has a white façade, ochre mouldings and cornices, and a blue dome, which is typical of Mediterranean domes.
