Hello, I will try to be as objective as possible. Really very well located in Menton, but the traffic is complicated by car to reach the residence. Many traffic jams, to do 500m it takes 1/4h for example... Very pleasant reception staff. Housing (406 concerning us) in good condition and clean. On the other hand, concerning the car park, it is less good because there is no signage to find one's way in the basement, in particular for the exit doors to stairs and elevators, it is not practical especially for those who like come to us for the first time we had to look, and the basements are dirty and lack a bit of lighting... and the exit code for the hinged door is difficult to find when you leave the premises by car . This would be a point to improve. Lifts are quite complicated, during the day there is a lot of waiting to get one, when it is not full... and you have to wait for the next one by calling it back. It must also be said that the residence seems very busy...it's a hassle. Despite everything we were satisfied and we keep this address for our next visits to Menton. A word of advice to holidaymakers, to get around, take the train if possible, the station is nearby.
