The apartment was comfortable and quiet, and the kitchen was equipped with everything, including a dishwasher.

Lovely little studio with a large balcony and beautiful park views, quiet and pleasant location, close to all amenities and the sea.

The apartment wasn't very clean; the floor was sticky when we arrived and there was a lingering smell of stale tobacco, which was a shame.

We stayed one night in Menton in April with our two children. The residence is very well located and perfect for longer stays, offering excellent value for money.

The lobby could be modernized with LED lighting, plants, and music, but thankfully Marc is there to help :) Thanks also to Jade for her warm welcome on the phone and to the maintenance staff.

The residence is very well located; we came during the Lemon Festival, and the location was ideal. The parking is conveniently priced but essential.

Arrival, check-in, and the welcome were perfect. One small drawback: the sofa bed needs replacing; it's very uncomfortable to sleep on. The accommodation definitely needs renovation. Personally, I stayed two nights, which was more than enough. I won't be returning despite the great location.
