It’s a scam. You go to the hotel location listed on their website and your driver drops you off and it’s just a rock. The actual hotel is kilometres away. It’s not near the train or the beach as they claim. It’s all a lie to charge beach front prices and pretend they’re close to the train. Do not book. They aren’t even nice at the customer service. She lied that nobody else had this problem which is untrue because couple lost with me also had the same issue. Lying to your face while you’re showing them the address is insane. No apology whatsoever. I’ve reported the location to Google because it’s a lie and fraud.

Very beautiful hotel in the mountain Esterel. It has restaurants,shops and bars in the premises. The rooms are big,clean and quiet.

Unfriendly staff on the telephone. Can't even find a number for pierre vacances. I am hospitality pro with 20 years of experience. But maybe they don't need new customers ! The person who picks up the telephone must always represent the hotel in the best way! I strongly advise the GM to look into this matter. And maybe some training would be in order!
