Which equipment and services are provided in my appartment?

All our standard appartments and houses are equipped with a TV, an equipped kitchen space, a bathroom or shower, towels, cleaning kit, basic WiFi and cleaning at the end of your stay. If you book a Superior or Exception accomodation, you will enjoy more services and equipment such as bed made upon your arrival or Full Access WiFi.

Is there a parking at the residence?

Based on your destination and the resort location, each residence will offer parking either complemantary or at a set price.
To find out if your residence provides that service and the conditions, visit the "Activity and service" tab on the product description page.

Note: Parking spots are limited and will be allocated based on availability.

What activities are available during my stay?

Based on your destination, each of our residence will offer many amenities included or "à la carte" for all ages
Some examples for our sea vacations: aquatic area, bike paths, playgrounds, sports fields, entertainment, shows, excursions, golf, surf course...

Some examples for our winter residences: games rooms, water park, well-being area with treatments, lift passes, children's club...

What is available for catering?

Some of our residences have on-site restaurants offering catering options available to book before departure such as Half board - Breakfasts -" Carte repas" or full board and unlimited drinks. For children under 4, meals are offered -On Avoriaz 1800, meals are free for children under 3 years old. You can also take advantage of our" PAIN ET VIENNOISERIES" service or our FAUCHON Paris Breakfast offer available for all Pierre & Vacances and Pierre & Vacances Premium-out Arc 1950 residences.

Can I bring my pet?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your pet along to our Pierre & Vacances residences, villages and premium. Remember to take with you his vaccination papers. Your pet will have to be allowed upon presentation of an anti-rabies certificate. Pets are allowed on a leash in the common areas but strictly forbiden around the swimming pools.

For stays between 1 and 6 days this service costs 10€ per day or 65€ if you stay a week, charged upon arrival. Kindly note that some of our residences may apply a different welcome and price policy.

I would like a specific appartment, how can I make my request?

Accepted Answer

You can request a specific view or location such as sea view, level, building...)  based on availability. Remember to contact the reception no earlier than 15 days before your arrival. If this service is available, it will be paid directly to the reception if necessary.

Accepted Answer

If you wish to contact one of our residences, consult the "Info" section on the home page of each residence. You will find the contact details and the reception opening hours.
Once your reservation is finalized, you will also receive a confirmation email with the details of the residence of your choice. Note: The receptions are reacheable based on specific dates and times.
