Very pleasant apartment. Key handover very quick and friendly. The apartment was on the 22nd floor and the view over the city and sea was breathtaking.
It was clean, only the bathroom smelled a bit strong. Seems to be due to the lack of ventilation through a window.
All amenities, such as the pool of the neighboring hotel, could be used free of charge. A free shuttle service to the beach was offered. This ran every 30 minutes.
All in all a pleasant stay!

The apartments are located in the upper part of the city, so they are not very central and you have to climb hills, but hey, it's not exaggerated either. All the apartments have views of the city and the sea and if you get a high apartment the views are spectacular, the best. The apartment is good
Equipped in terms of appliances, it lacks nothing to make life in it, but it leaves something to be desired in terms of cleanliness and a very unpleasant smell came out of the bathroom. Otherwise good.

Lack of cleanliness in general. I understand that to give a better price they cut back on certain aspects... but the fact that on the first day you find food remains on the floor, dirty dishes and an uncleaned bathroom is not a dish of good taste. In addition, the cleaning service does not come as frequently as stated in the reservation. In a week they have only come to change our towels and because we have notified them.
It's not worth taking the full board either, breakfast is good but lunch and dinner are always the same.
In my opinion they have good facilities but for things like the ones I mention I leave a rather low score.

Nos alegra que haya encontrado nuestras instalaciones a su gusto, incluyendo la piscina interior, la piscina para niños y nuestra piscina exterior de temporada, además de otras amenidades recreativas como nuestra sauna.

Lamentamos profundamente que algunos aspectos de su estancia no hayan cumplido con sus expectativas. Entendemos que el estado inicial del apartamento no fue el adecuado y queremos asegurarle que esto no refleja nuestros estándares habituales de limpieza y mantenimiento. Además, aunque no ofrecemos servicio de limpieza diario, es importante que nuestro equipo cumpla con los servicios acordados y notificados previamente a nuestros huéspedes. En cuanto a la variedad de las comidas ofrecidas, consideraremos sus comentarios para mejorar nuestra oferta, a pesar de que no disponemos de restaurante en el hotel y la pensión completa no forma parte de nuestros servicios regulares.

Finalmente, nos gustaría resaltar que nuestra ubicación ofrece un fácil acceso a las playas cercanas, un detalle que esperamos haya podido disfrutar durante su estancia.

Estaremos encantados de volverle a recibir cuando usted lo disponga.
