We stayed in apartment 18A. I will start with the negative aspects. Honestly, I would be ashamed to offer an apartment like this, forced access door, torn off door frames, excessively dirty and chipped walls, closet doors that do not open because they do not have bearings, bathroom and kitchen window that does not close , broken shower faucet, in short, abandoned but if they ask for €200 as a deposit, they won't answer the phone at reception even if you're dying.
As positive aspects, the receptionists were very friendly, they treated us very well and the breakfast was very good. Would I return?, without a doubt NO, a pity because the apartment is cozy in itself, it has a beautiful decoration and many possibilities but it is in a situation of abandonment.

Hello,
We are a couple of guys from Barcelona with a dog and we have stayed in many hotels and apartments in Benidorm and none like the P&V Horizon complex; and even more so after the recent reform.
We have become regular customers and take the full board and parking package and enjoy the hotel services but with the spaciousness, tranquility and views (what views from the 15th floor onwards!!!) of the apartments.
Our experience is very good. Firstly, the reception, headed by Tolo, with a great team, always going out of their way to welcome you and resolve any incident. Then the restaurant, good service, well-stocked and abundant, no matter what time you go. The cleaning is taken care of and Cristina and all her colleagues are super efficient. And we don't want to forget the maintenance and security staff, very professional.
In the dozen times we have stayed, I only remember one time when the air conditioning failed and we were moved to a superior apartment.
We are surprised by some cruel reviews we read. I don't know what kind of hotels and buffets those people go to, but this firm is well above average. To show several details: a sofa bed is comfortable, the furniture on the terrace I would already like in my house, the emanities in the kitchen and the "premium" gel in the bathroom.
We have been through this bridge of the Constitution 2024 and it has felt very short. We will return!

The apartments are well equipped for a few days, they are very comfortable, the bed, the bathroom. It has very good air conditioning and heating.
The terraces of the apartments are great.
The downside is that there are so many apartments that you have to be patient to wait for the elevators.
As it is 800 meters or less from the beach, there is a free bus that takes you around and leaves every 20 minutes.
Parking in the area is not easy.
They ask for a deposit of 200 euros, which they will return if everything is fine.
