Long wait for the elevator, no staff or service present in the building, you have to go to the stone and holidays next door, there is a shuttle to go to the beach, the swimming pool is very small and does not look inviting, the apartment has a balcony where the view is magnificent, too bad the apartment was dirty, marks on the walls, on the doors, smell in the bathroom, the kitchen is very old, there is no cooking equipment (dishes, pot, etc.) fortunately there is a dishwasher to wash everything again, so I had to do a big cleaning when I arrived, which is not normal, I asked to have the missing dishes, I was told yes, I got nothing, these are apartments where young people come to party and drink a lot, so very noisy but it doesn't matter, no one in the building to ensure the peace of mind of the customers. Very disappointed

In a room located in a building with over 30 floors, the walls were crumbling in the middle of the night, and I was simply told that this was "normal."
After contacting Booking.com to resolve the problem, the hotel claimed to have evicted me, even though I still had the keys, just to avoid refunding me.

I am staying in the apartments and as soon as I arrived I knew things weren't going to be very good, because these apartments don't have a reception and you have to check in at the hotel on the corner, when I got there the girl who helped me wasn't very nice, but the worst came later, when we got there to the apartment, nothing is what it seems in the photos you see on the internet, the apartment is all neglected, the walls dirty, the curtains broken, the entrance door all dirty and peeling, the bathtub rusty, that if you are not careful you can even cut yourself, you don't have room service, cooking utensils you have 3 things no more, everything is minimal, they ask you for a deposit of 200 euros and then if you need something like for example an iron you have to leave a 20 euro deposit, come on here everything is money, on top of that I call reception to request an iron and they tell me go down to the hotel to get it and when my husband goes to get it they tell him that there is no iron available, come on here the organization is certainly not good either, it's a shame that If you come here to have a good time and find this, you really feel ripped off. I'm not one for posting reviews, much less bad ones, but this seemed absolutely disgraceful to me.
