After reading carefully your comment, we firstly regret that you did not apparently receive a satisfying arrival experience which is definitely rare if you do read our guests reviews.
However, allow me to revert to you with the following elements. As mentioned in our terms and conditions and on our website, a rental deposit is required upon check-in to prevent any loss or damage. This is a simple credit card pre-autorisation that many hotels, residences and even car rental agencies practice...As well, it is explicitly stipulated that pets are not allowed in our residences.
You seem to have been affected by a semblance of rudeness which was not the case as I was here and offered you a Wi-Fi connection, the possibility to stay with a discounted additional cost for your dog (40 euros instead of 75 euros) and finally an assistance to find an hotel accepting pets. At the end, you finally declined these solutions before leaving and apologizing for this misunderstanding.
I remain at your entire disposal to discuss more about it.
