Stayed here over many years at different times of the year, when booked 7 weeks before no warning of the pool closure, we were only told the pool was closed 2 weeks before arrival. When checking in I asked if there aircon was working to be told yes why wouldn’t it be!! Well last time it wasn’t got the shoulder shrug, but checked in and it didn’t work at all!! Sheets not changed on a weekly basis along with fresh towels we had to beg to give new laundry, then there was the toilet roll situation!!! Only 2 rolls for a 10 day vacation. Staff are normally are alright but this time we’re rude and curt. Plastic Chopping board was actually fury where it was used so much these are cheap ikea boards and should be replaced at least each new season, pans were all scratched with the non stick removed, the fridge was turned right down and ruined some food. Sorry but these facilities are not 4 star, p the room was repainted etc but none of the ancillaries were replaced. Dishwasher didn’t get hot and there was a dangerous plug with open electrics in the on-suite bathroom. See pictures

The residence is in a good, comfortable location, 3 minutes walk to the sea. We had a room with side sea view. Comfortable beds with mattress covers, clean linen, bathrobes and slippers! The room has everything you need, TV, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, vacuum cleaner. Good dishes, new towels for the kitchen, tablets for the dishwasher and much more. Polite staff. Very convenient parking.Everything was very pleasant, wonderful!

Beautiful, well priced, place to stay. I stayed with my daughter. We booked at short notice and were over from Australia. My son and his partner booked and arrived from the UK. They requested a nearby room and got the one next door. We stayed for a week.

The room was lovely with plenty of cupboard space, a huge queen bed, plug socket location next to bed, TV, and verandah access from bedroom.

The lounge had sofa bed, which had a memory foam mattress and, according to my daughter, was very comfortable. There was a dining table for four and access to the verandah. This was an open plan space with kitchen, dining, lounge. The kitchen included all needed items of crockery, glassware, dishwasher, bread cutting knife, wine bottle opener, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, and cleaning products.

The toilet and bathroom were separate, and the shower head had a groovy colour changing light coming from the head. There was a towel wall heater with a two hour timer.

The location was so quiet. Close to train station, bus nearby, shop directly downstairs, incredible restaurants a plenty close by, and beach a hop, skip, and jump away.
