Amazing experience. We came during Swiss Easter holidays and got very lucky with the weather. The property is a bit worn down but the value for money paid is amazing. So many activities, awesome FREE kids club (=rest time for parents), heated wave pool & slides. Secured area so our 9 year old roamed freely with her new friends. Wonderful team at reception (Lea, Aurore, Alice & co.) and doing animations (coucou Adama, Priscilla, Elise, Clara, Alicia, Joséphine, Isa, & Florent). We had a blast, will definitely be back.

Only things to note: pictures of rooms online look nicer and bigger than the actual property, so we ended up upgrading to a bigger and more renovated space (but what we initially paid was too good to be true anyway!) Also, I imagine high season is mad & packed - Easter was perfect. Finally, outdoor « gym » isn’t really a gym but plenty of space to go for a run instead, or you can do one of the classes offered.

Apartment very warm due to no air conditioning, but this was more or less expected.

However, very negatively surprised by the extremely poor standard and lack of cleanliness one would expect as a minimum.
