We had to clean the apartment ourselves. When we had asked after arrival for another room the man said that they are fully booked and that it is on us for coming here over the holidays. He said we should be grateful that he is even here during his break. The refrigerator was broken and when we got another one a few days later the came unexpectedly early to our room. The refrigerator they installed had black mold. After we had to clean the wet floors and dirt they left behind. The two WIFI boxes that we got for our apartment weren’t even strong enough to watch a film. All the appliances in the apartment were dirty and most lights weren’t working. We got no bed sheets or linen and when we ask for them we didn’t even get enough. Shampoo and shower gel we had to buy ourselves even though it was included and upon check-in we had to pay additional fees. When opening the backdoor cats were often trying to get into the apartment so we had to keep it shut. The tenants leave food bowls for them outside. Most walls and windows had brownish spots on them. A cockroach was in the bathroom We left a A4 long review after we left and the receptionist said :”Oh wow so much?”.

The pool complex is very good and the cleanliness of the apartments are also very good, however the air conditioning is very bad and only works in the kitchen so at night it gets very hot and hard to sleep. There is a lack of wardrobes. The kitchen is outstandingly small and doesn’t provide an oven. There is no view from the apartments.

The location and the swimming pool make this place worth the money. We rented two apartments, one for 6 and the other for 4 persons. The 6 person apartment is twice the size so you get much more value for money. The 4 person apartment was a squeeze and the AC on last legs. Hence the two stars. The pool was fantastic, clean and always beds available. Always possible to park the car. Great location, wonderful waking up to the boats moving along the canals.

Nice place, nice surrounding and nice pool. However the pool-security is way too strict. You can’t do anything but walk into the pool and swim. Not use any toys, not even plastic-soft-balls. Even when the pool is empty, it’s not allowed to jump or use any toys. Please let the kids have fun!
