The property is in need of refurbishment and equipment replacement. Swimming pool fine however it is not acceptable in my opinion to allow people in burkini. I had to give up the pool because of this.

Great residence with heated pool and a lovely restaurant (albeit closed Monday and Tuesday).
The accommodation was practically but could do with a bit of TLC
Beds were comfortable and having a separate toilet was very convenient for 5.
Internet connection was patchy but free.
Unfortunately we didn’t have great weather but there is plenty to do and you can borrow board games and balls to play in the multi sport court.

We booked for two nights. On arrival we were told we were expected to clean the kitchen, strip the beds and then take the linen and rubbish to the ground floor.

When we got to the room we discovered none of the beds had been made and we were also expected to do this.

We booked for 3 adults, the bunk bed was too short to allow an adult to sleep. The sofa bed was bent in the middle and so the two there barely slept.

No soap or shampoo was provided and only one toilet role for a family.

Nice environment, shame the hotel expects you to do all the work.

We had to clean the apartment ourselves. When we had asked after arrival for another room the man said that they are fully booked and that it is on us for coming here over the holidays. He said we should be grateful that he is even here during his break. The refrigerator was broken and when we got another one a few days later the came unexpectedly early to our room. The refrigerator they installed had black mold. After we had to clean the wet floors and dirt they left behind. The two WIFI boxes that we got for our apartment weren’t even strong enough to watch a film. All the appliances in the apartment were dirty and most lights weren’t working. We got no bed sheets or linen and when we ask for them we didn’t even get enough. Shampoo and shower gel we had to buy ourselves even though it was included and upon check-in we had to pay additional fees. When opening the backdoor cats were often trying to get into the apartment so we had to keep it shut. The tenants leave food bowls for them outside. Most walls and windows had brownish spots on them. A cockroach was in the bathroom We left a A4 long review after we left and the receptionist said :”Oh wow so much?”.
