However, we are truly sorry to hear that several aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. The reservation issue occurred during a change in our property ownership, and our reception team resolved it immediately upon arrival, including offering an earlier check-in at no extra charge. Regarding the concern with the sink, we responded as quickly as possible, yet we understand that it felt like a long wait, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Cleanliness is a key priority for us, so we regret any oversight and can assure you our team is available to assist promptly.
