If i knew how bad it would be I would give 100€ more and go to another place! We booked this little escape with our baby and came to a DIRTY room, most importantly dirty bathroom (there was toothpaste on the wall, shampoo that someone else dropped dried on the bathtub, a sticker from new underwear of a previous visitor stuck on the sink, things that if someone really cleaned would have seen).
Also,very noisy bed “mattresses” if you can call them like this. We were putting our baby down and she was almost waking up when we sat on the bed or moved during the night from noise. Squeaky doors too, thin walls. I forgot to mention it could be dangerous as it has some broken steps of the stairs which I had to go down holding my kid in hands.
Pool doesn’t look at all like in the pictures. Lastly, the main door of our room had a hole so that mosquitoes and any kind of other insects could go in without any issue, of course.
Not repeating and not recommending, badly maintained business that clearly doesn’t care about the clients. I wonder how the owners can let people pay for this thing. The location is good with views, clearly because it’s the only thing not affected by the behavior of the owners. If you value your money and you don’t want to feel fooled and not respected just don’t come here.

Additionally, we empathize with your concerns regarding the comfort of the bed and the condition of the stairs. We also acknowledge the issue you faced with the door and the discrepancy between the pool's presentation and its appearance. Finally, we wish to express that we recognize how essential a peaceful environment is for our guests, especially when it involves the comfort of their children, and it seems we fell short in this aspect during your visit. Water was leaking, Kettle took 8 hours to boil water. Reception and parking close at 6pm.. so you can't park after 6 or you can't go by car after 6pm if you park inside.. Cheaper in the area and worth the money if you just want to sleep and have some view in the morning

The residence is comfortable. The sofa bed is big. It is good to have access to the pool. However it closed at 20:00, even in summer which there is day light till 21:30. Also, we had a bad experience with how clean it was. The day we arrived we had to wait to check in bc they were cleaning our room. However when we got into it, the bathroom (near toilete) was smelling so bad you couldn’t even be inside the bathroom. When we told the staff they gave us a detergent, but that didn’t make it disappear at all. Also the air conditioning started flooding at night, so we had to turn it off (if not everything in the room was going to get wet).

Still, location was good. There were several streets where you can park your car without paying and was close to the center also

We had a fabulous time at this hotel and for the price we paid, we got a spacious apartment with an amazing view. I was also surprised that we had an dishwasher. It saved us a good time washing dishes. The kitchen was generally good equipped, the bathroom was a little bit old but still functional. The living room had a comfortable sofa.
Everything was great and the price-quality relation was really good.
I can only recommend it!
