However, we are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. The parking facility is indeed a challenge during peak hours, and we appreciate your suggestion for the Aparcar app to assist our guests. Regarding the noise, we understand how important a peaceful environment is for a restful sleep, and we sympathize with the disturbance you experienced. Furthermore, we acknowledge your concerns about the room's condition and the additional charge for the in-room safe. We take your comments seriously and will review them to improve our guests' experience. We are sincerely sorry that the service did not meet your expectations and are reviewing your comments with our team in order to improve our service.

However, we apologize for the lack of wardrobe space in your room. We understand that sufficient storage can greatly enhance the comfort and convenience of our guests' stays. We are continuously working to improve our facilities and appreciate your feedback on this matter.
