«Nice and clean»
Review 25/09/2018
The accomodation was very clean and near by Le Petitie Venice. 10 minutes walking! The house, the shop, the restaurants, everything was beautiful! Time was to short to see all of the village! A reason to Come back!
The accomodation is very nice and quiet and very near to the center. It has a nice parc in front of the hotel. It was nice to have a swimm at the end of the day. It was clos to little Venice with its nice restaurants at the waterside
Arrived at 12:15 pm office closed till 2 . Yes it was in the small print but still VERY annoying. Rooms 34 and 35 were spacious, we had to make our own beds, again annoying. Breakfast was not included but we ate there the 1st morning and was charged $9.50 . All the same food at all breakfasts , good but nothing special. Very comfortable beds but then had to “strip the beds before discharge. Had to catch an early train so we thought we had paid everything the night before, taxes, well we got a bill for more taxes and another breakfast. They fixed it after 3-4 phone calls and an email on my part, again annoying. But location is great 20 min walk to all the cool stuff to see, loved Colmar . You must rent bikes “electric “ and ride the vin route to Riquewihr, the best day we had! Rode there in about 21/2 hours , stopping taking lots of pictures.had lunch and about 45 min back since it was mostly downhill. Spectacular views of vineyards and a nature area and rolls hills.
Some things were not working 100% in our apartment (like the vacuum cleaner and the hob did not like having two Things on at the same time); but apart from that it was a great place with a family of 4.
We stayed in an apartment with two single deba in a bedroom and one double sofa bed in the living/kitchen area and it was in optimum, new, clean condition. The sofa bed was firm, but comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic.
This hotel is not in the Old Town, but it is only a 15 minute walk to it and only 7-minute walk from Colmar train station if you're coming by train.
If you don't have a car, there is the downside that they are not that close to any supermarkets. So we had to plan our grocery shopping in advance.
Close to the train station and old town Colmar. Nice facilities but bad WiFi. Very quiet with a mini kitchen including a refrigerator. Breakfast is additional but there’s baker in the lobby every morning selling fresh baguettes.

«Central Colmar»
Close to the train station and old town Colmar. Nice facilities but bad WiFi. Very quiet with a mini kitchen including a refrigerator. Breakfast is additional but there’s baker in the lobby every morning selling fresh baguettes.
