Some of the reviews are quite bad but that’s probably just expectation management. This is a basic setup but it’s very good for what it is.

I stayed with my son in an apartment with bunk beds and fold out sofa bed. We just slept in the bunks which were surprisingly comfy. Hob, fridge etc all worked fine, it is small and would probably be pretty crowded for 3/4 people but for two of us it was excellent and I would do again. You can spend a lot more on a hotel/chalet but for small groups and especially kids where you need snacks and a few quiet meals in the room through the week it’s perfect

I stayed in a single room with bunk beds with my 5yo old son (we shared the bunk beds). Bedding was surprisingly good/comfortable/warm given the budget nature of the accommodation. Location is excellent, walking distance from everything you need. Apartment was clean, functional, everything just worked as expected. If you have young children and need a kitchen for snacks, fridge, quiet nights in. This is the perfect place on a budget if you are traveling in a small group/no chalet/don't want to spend on hotel.

⚠️ DISASTROUS EXPERIENCE: Filthy conditions and zero support

As a business traveler running Rolling Dreamers, I travel across Italy and the world constantly. I have never encountered a situation as unprofessional and unacceptable as this one.

I strongly advise anyone considering this property to stay away. Here is why:

Appalling Hygiene: Upon check-in on December 11th, I was shocked by the total lack of cleanliness. The apartment failed to meet even the most basic sanitary standards. The photos provided on the listing are completely misleading and do not represent the grim reality of the unit.

Missing Essentials & Hidden Fees: Despite confirmations, there were no linens. To make matters worse, I was forced to pay an additional charge for towels that very morning, which is a total scam considering the state of the room.

Zero Emergency Assistance: When I called the emergency number to report the uninhabitable conditions, I was told I would have to "wait until the next morning." They offered no solution, leaving me stranded and forcing me to find alternative accommodation late at night.

Major Financial Loss: Due to their negligence, I had to pay 815 Euros for an emergency hotel stay in Méribel on top of the original booking price.

Summary: This property is a health hazard and the management is incompetent. I have submitted all photographic evidence and invoices to Booking.com and will be pursuing a full refund for the economic damage caused.

Avoid at all costs!

Old rooms. Dirty. Pictures of the room different from reality. Had to wait 1 hour to check in. Location can’t be better.

Simple rooms, old but clean, in a great location. Stayed here for a snowboarding weekend and it did the job perfectly. Easy access to slopes plus shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms facing over the back very quiet in terms of road noise etc.
