However, we’re deeply sorry to learn about the issues you encountered during your stay. The condition and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the discrepancy between the pictures and reality, are far below the standards we aim to provide. Additionally, we regret that you had to wait an hour to check in, which is not the experience we want for our guests.
