We are currently at this holiday location. We haven't had air conditioning for two weeks. Just a pathetic little fan that circulates hot air. In this exceptional heatwave, I find it unacceptable that the air conditioning hasn't been repaired promptly by the company responsible for its maintenance.

The rooms are dirty, I found bugs and mold, otherwise the location is good, and the service is good too.

Nous vous remercions, Oceane, d'avoir souligné l'emplacement de la Promenade des Bains, nichée dans un quartier calme de Saint-Raphaël. Sa situation permet de profiter facilement de la plage, des activités nautiques et des animations de la ville. Nous sommes également heureux que vous ayez apprécié la qualité du service sur place.

Nous regrettons en revanche que l'état de propreté de votre appartement ait terni votre séjour. Il ne correspond pas à l'expérience que nous souhaitons offrir à nos et nous sommes désolés de cette mauvaise impression.

Votre retour est d'autant plus précieux que la résidence s'apprête à entrer dans une nouvelle phase de transformation. Du 15 octobre 2026 au 26 mars 2027, les appartements feront l'objet d'une rénovation afin d'offrir davantage de confort à nos visiteurs.

Nous espérons que vous aurez malgré tout pu profiter du cadre paisible de la résidence qui fait le charme de cette destination.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. We had been planning to visit the Côte d'Azur for several years, and this trip finally made our dream come true.

Our accommodation was in an excellent location: it was peaceful and quiet, yet only a short walk from the beach, where we spent most of our time. The town center, with its attractions and the local market, was also easily accessible on foot.

The accommodation was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Throughout the booking process, I received all the support I needed, and our arrival was completely smooth and hassle-free.

Once again, thank you very much for helping us enjoy such a memorable week. We truly appreciated your hospitality.

Quiet street, but access to the underground parking is quite difficult as it's very narrow.
The 25m² apartment is a bit cramped for 4 people.
No balcony and a direct view of the neighboring building.
Accessing the bathtub is rather awkward, especially for older people, but that's common in all P&V residences.
The main air conditioning unit was broken and replaced with a very noisy and ineffective backup unit: set to 15°C, it was barely 25°C in the apartment... As a gesture of goodwill, they offered us free parking for the week (€66). A technician came out during our absence without prior notice to fix our air conditioning problem; that's almost unacceptable!
Unstable Wi-Fi connection.
Positive points:
Fast elevator and immediate proximity to the beach and city center!
Comfortable bedding and plenty of storage.
Well-equipped kitchen... It just lacks a conventional oven.
Quiet residence.
