Thomas (Concierge à P&V Arc 1950) nous a été d'une grande aide lors de notre récent séjour au Arc 1950.
Nous avions emmené notre chien et Thomas a organisé notre visite chez le vétérinaire pour obtenir les soins nécessaires avant notre retour au UK. Thomas a également offert quelques cadeaux à notre chien, qui s'est montré très gentil et attentionné.
De plus, à notre arrivée à l'appartement, nous avons constaté que le radiateur avait été endommagé par un visiteur précédent. J'ai immédiatement prévenu Thomas (nous sommes arrivés le soir) et il a organisé le remplacement du radiateur le lendemain matin. Un service impeccable…
Thomas est professionnel, attentionné, un plaisir de travailler avec lui (il est toujours souriant) et offre un service exceptionnel. Nous avons beaucoup de chance d'avoir Thomas au village pour s'occuper de nous.

Thomas (Concierge at P&V Arc 1950) helped us enormously on our recent trip to Arc 1950.
On this occasion, we took our dog with us and Thomas organised and arranged our visit the vet to obtain the necessary treatment for our dog, in order to return back to the UK. Thomas also provided a few presents for our dog - which was so kind and considerate of him.
Additionally, when we arrived in our apartment, we noticed that the radiator had been damaged by a previous visitor. I notified Thomas immediately (we arrived in the evening), and he organised for the radiator to be replaced the next morning. Brilliant service…
Thomas is professional, attentive, a pleasure to deal with (he is always smiling) and delivers an outstanding service. We are extremely lucky to have Thomas in the village looking after us.
