Our offers and promotions are only applicable to the accommodation portion of your reservation. All other benefits are therefore excluded.
Our offers and promotions are not applicable on the packages (flight+accommodation)

How does the "Best Price Guaranteed" promise works?

In the event that you made a booking for a residence on www.pierreetvacances.com and within 7 days following your purchase and at least 30 days before the start date of your holiday you find a lower price for the same deal on www.pierreetvacances.com or on another website, we promise to offer you the same price. This offer is valid for bookings made on www.pierreetvacances.com, or at the reception desk of one of the residences offered on www.pierreetvacances.com, or via the Pierre & Vacances Group call centre. The lower price stay must be available on the other site on the date of the request. The price of the stay booked on www.pierreetvacances.com does not include admin. fees. This offer is not valid on flash sales or packages. You can send us a request by e-mail to the address garantiemeilleurprix@groupepvcp.com within 7 calendar days following the booking date on www.pierreetvacances.com/gb-en and at least 30 days before the start date of the holiday.

The e-mail must include the following:
• a copy of the booking confirmation from the site www.pierreetvacances.com/gb-en/
• a screenshot of the page of the competitor's website or of the www.pierreetvacances.com/gb-en/ site displaying the offer at a price lower than that paid.
• the screenshot must be the final step of the order process of the third-party site (last step before payment) and include all items constituting the order. We will check your request and if all terms of the offer are met we will deduct the difference in price from the cost of your stay.We will send you an email confirming this or if the conditions are not met rejecting your request. Where have the promotions gone?

But where are the deals?

You’ve noticed, haven’t you? No more price reductions displayed on the site. Yet, the prices shown remain advantageous. How, you ask? We’ll explain everything about our pricing (spoiler alert: you won’t lose out!).

A quick recap

Until 4th April, we displayed our prices as a crossed-out figure with an associated discount. You would typically see up to 20% off for stays of four nights or more when bookings opened. These reduced rates were what we called "launch prices". During a promotional offer, we could display discounts of up to 30%, combining an additional 10% off on the launch prices.

What’s changing now

From now on, we’ll only show the actual price you’ll pay in the end. If you book as soon as sales open, you’ll be able to see the launch prices directly. So, while you may no longer see crossed-out prices or accompanying discounts (as they are already included in the displayed price), you’ll still benefit from great rates by booking in advance.

What’s staying the same

The early birds will always be the happiest! That hasn’t changed. And because our launch prices vary based on the occupancy of our residences, the earlier you book, the more advantageous the rates you’ll enjoy.

Why this change?

To offer even more transparency in our pricing and clarity in our offers. This way, you’ll better understand what the displayed rates represent. We’ve even added a small informative icon next to our prices, symbolised by the letter "i". By clicking on it, you can see exactly what the price you’re paying corresponds to.

Does this mean no more promotions?

Don’t worry! We’ll continue to offer promo codes valid on the displayed prices. Our top tip for getting the best rates: sign up for our newsletter! This way, you’ll be notified of sales openings and our launch prices. And because we love to pamper our (future) clients, you’ll also receive exclusive promo codes!
