Great stay in Moliets!

We spent two weeks at the Pierre & Vacances Moliets and we will NEVER go back!!! We feel like we were completely ripped off!!! We were guaranteed a renovated apartment with a golf course view over the phone: huge disappointment upon arrival. The apartment was filthy and in its original state, and if you lean out onto the balcony, you can see the golf course.

The positives:

- The region is magnificent, and the proximity to the ocean is a real plus.
- The terrace, although poorly maintained, was thankfully there to compensate for the small size of the apartment.
- The kids' club, which our 7-year-old daughter enjoyed.

The negatives:

- No cleaning whatsoever upon our arrival, and a musty smell in the few cupboards in the apartment. After a 7-hour drive, we had to clean everything from top to bottom. The wicker chairs in the living room were covered in crumbs, the sofa/bed covers were full of sand and dust, the floor hadn't been cleaned, the shower tray had yellowish stains, the meager broom provided still had remnants from the previous tenants, and the wall lights above our bed had a thick layer of dust.

- Outdated fixtures: dirty bathroom grout, rusty radiators.
- Minimal crockery for 7 people.
- Very small apartment for 7 people with minimal storage space. The bedrooms are tiny – in the master bedroom, you can barely walk around the bed.

- The pools are pleasant but clearly outdated and in dire need of maintenance. The coping stones are often broken, posing a risk of injury.

We reported the cleaning issues to reception the very next day. The information was supposed to be passed on to the manager, who never bothered to contact us. No compensation was offered. This is regrettable and indicative of nonexistent customer service.

Conclusion: VERY POOR value for money, avoid this place at all costs!!!!

A perfect place to recharge in the off-season. The vegetation, the pine trees, the golf course, the various pools, and other facilities are in perfect harmony with the site.

The cottages are attached, pleasant, and well-equipped (ours was). The only problem in summer is the proximity of neighbors, whether noisy or not; it seems difficult to maintain privacy.

But truly, it's a well-designed place, created with respect for nature.

We had a wonderful week at the Pierre & Vacances village in Molliets. The setting is peaceful and very beautiful. The facilities provide plenty of opportunities for sports enthusiasts to train. The apartments are very charming and comfortable, both inside and out.

The only slight drawback was that my wife regretted the lack of certain kitchen utensils.

The reception staff were very friendly and efficient.
