Great location, 5 minutes from the city center. One small drawback: the temperature of the indoor pool.

A comfortable and convenient two-night stay, given its proximity to the port and its central location on Île de Ré, but I wouldn't spend a longer holiday there.

The price is certainly attractive in the low season (late January), but the accommodations are in dire need of renovation. The overall condition is good, but in detail, there are quite a few things that need fixing/changing: the soundproofing is nonexistent (you can hear the neighbors talking and their TVs on, as well as the vacuum cleaners of the cleaning staff in the morning in the adjacent rooms and on the floor above), the bathtub grout is black, the bath towels are stained, the bedroom curtains are stained, the water temperature is erratic (it goes from scalding hot to freezing cold when you take a shower), the dishes are dusty, the baseboards are damaged, and the toilet door doesn't close properly.

Furthermore, I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the pool's opening hours: it was advertised as closed until January 24th, but it wasn't reopened on January 25th (the dates of our stay). It was completely under construction, and no one had informed us of this when we made our reservation, nor was it mentioned on the website; I had even checked the day before.

A very pleasant stay. The property is perfect for a family holiday.
