Worst room in the hotel! We came with a 2-month-old baby, and it's a complete nightmare. To get to the room, you have to go up three different staircases, which is already very complicated with a baby. The room is right next to the indoor pool: as a result, it's 28 degrees Celsius inside, making it impossible to ventilate at night. The ground-floor room overlooks the road, and the ventilation is only on a timer (you have to get up every two hours to turn it back on), so it's safe to say we haven't slept for two days with the little one.

Added to this is a constant, foul sewer smell; I had to buy air fresheners myself from the supermarket... No action, no solution offered because "they're overbooked." For €1,400 a week, I find it shameful to rent out such a room. I booked in March for August, specifying that we were coming with a baby, and now we're in a complete mess. This is the worst vacation of my life.

Very good stay, good welcome, family setting, pleasant swimming pool (well heated), spacious and functional accommodation (small downside about the squeaky bed!). Good location (good starting point for bike rides).

Great stay

Very well-located and quiet residence, with the town center and shops easily accessible on foot, and top-notch services: order pastries, heated swimming pool, ping-pong tables, foosball, darts, a games room for the little ones, board games, gym, sauna... Plenty to keep you busy after a day of cycling. Convenient bike racks are located all along the flower-lined path.
The free parking is very welcome; one area for improvement would be to mark the spaces on the ground to prevent some people from blocking others by parking randomly.
In the beautiful main building, the shutters could do with being renovated, as sometimes unpleasant odors come up from the pipes. A dishwasher, even in the studios, is a nice touch, as is the cleaning kit with sponge/dishwasher tablets.

A pleasant stay on the Île de Ré, in a residence close to the center of St. Martin.
The staff is very pleasant.
A quiet and relaxing place, I recommend it.
