Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious and pleasant, with large, and very comfortable beds. The balcony was large. The bathroom was okay, but unfortunately, it smelled of sewage constantly. The room was cleaned daily; the major drawback was the lack of a refrigerator.

Roaches were frequent guests; we encountered them daily. The food was very tasty, but I found the selection quite limited for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was monotonous, but that's normal for an all-you-can-eat option. The coffee from the machine was delicious, while the fresh juices were only a name.

Dishes were often unwashed or dirty.

The pool was large, with a paddling pool. The biggest drawback I noticed was the need to reserve sunbeds with towels. Nobody supervised this. I got the impression that this was normal from dawn, most were already reserved. If someone came to the pool late, there was nowhere to lie. Some sunbeds were unusable, and there were few umbrellas, and some were broken. The beach is quite far away, and the hotel shuttle runs there, but unfortunately only twice a day. I think that's definitely not enough. There's entertainment for children every evening. The service was very friendly.

The hotel met our expectations; despite some minor flaws, we had a great time. I recommend it to those who aren't demanding or picky.

Our stay at the Drago Park Pierre & Vacances Fuerteventura hotel was a major disappointment. The biggest downside was the food – a very poor selection, with practically the same thing served every day. The meals were monotonous, tasteless, and definitely didn't live up to expectations. When it came to drinks with meals, there was usually only one vending machine for the entire room, while the rest were unavailable.
Furthermore, we found a cockroach in our room, which indicates a lack of cleanliness and hygiene.
Unfortunately, the pool service also left much to be desired. The lifeguard took our private towels from the sunbeds because we were gone for about 30 minutes. However, he was later unable to return them because he didn't know where they were. This is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of organization and respect for guests.
The pool loungers also left much to be desired – most were broken and very worn.
It was also a big surprise to see people swimming and swimming topless near and in the pool itself. The hotel is advertised as a family-friendly property, so we expected it to be suitable for families with children. This type of behavior was uncomfortable and, in our opinion, should not be allowed in a common area intended for all guests, especially children. Overall, the stay was a disappointment. I definitely do not recommend this hotel and will certainly not return.

Overall, I considered our stay at the hotel a success. It's true that we mostly use it for sleeping and eating, as we don't spend much time there. The pool is pleasant, and it's great that the edges are shallow and the middle is deep, so our 7- and 12-year-old children could freely use it together. Our only surprise was that the pool opens at 10 a.m. ? The hotel itself is quite decent. We got a renovated room, and for us, it was large and pleasant enough. It was cleaned daily and smelled very nice. The hotel is showing its age, but it's really okay for undemanding guests. The food is really good, although monotonous for a few days, as is typical with all-inclusive options. Plates and glasses sometimes get dirty, but just pick up a clean one and that's it. The juices and coffee are average, but drinkable. The snack bar is tasty, although modest. I can't comment on the drinks, as we don't drink alcohol, and the non-alcoholic ones are just an imitation, but quite good. There's plenty of parking around the hotel if you're planning to rent a car. ? Overall, I was a little apprehensive about coming here after reading the comments, but I think the hotel is worth the price. The staff is incredibly friendly.

It's not bad, but it needs a facelift. The food is good, the cocktails are machine-made, which is a total mistake in my opinion. They don't have herbal liqueur, pomace brandy, or anything like that, which is another mistake. I hope they fix it.
